Tax returns in Spain
When you rent out your Spanish holiday home via short-term rental platforms, you generate income. You are liable for tax on this income in Spain. The tax return is submitted using the Modelo 210 form.
For assistance with this, we would like to refer you to our partner Avenida HQ. From approximately €25 per month, you can make use of their specialised services for foreign property owners.
Their online module helps you calculate your rental income, deductible expenses and the tax you owe. This allows you to maintain an overview and easily comply with Spanish regulations.
If your property isn’t listed on the booking platforms within 30 days of the agreed start date, your next month’s subscription will be free. That way, you can be sure we’re just as keen to get things done as you are.
